Beautiful Post Ida Restoration

This home was badly crippled by Ida losing most of the roof and the carport. We had to completely gut the interior so we took advantage of doing so by updating the interior design and created a more open floorplan from the kitchen to the living room. In only 6 months we restored and updated this home to its newfound glory!
We are proud to say the investor was able to secure a sales contract for their full listing price within days of listing this home!
